The Need for Regeneration

Since 2009, Istituto Image has been a leading elite clinic in Milan. It was established as Italy's first Urban Medi Spa, offering an escape from urban intensity for relaxation and wellness. The clinic's flagship innovation is the Image Regenerative Method developed by Professor Tremolada, Image's Scientific Director. This advanced technology utilizes the regenerative properties of microfractured adipose tissue through the Lipogems system, which preserves tissue structural integrity and mesenchymal stem cells. Applications extend from aesthetic procedures, including facial regeneration, wrinkle reduction, and body contouring, to orthopedic treatments for joint pathologies, arthritis, and tendinopathies. To maintain our high standard of patient care, Image required transformation and advancement. This led to the establishment of the new clinic at Via Mascagni 14. Near San Babila, the facility features 11 medical and therapeutic rooms equipped with advanced technology for diverse treatment needs.

Within an exceptional interior design - created by a renowned Milanese architect - the facility houses three operating rooms where Professor Tremolada and his expert medical team perform plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic, and regenerative medicine procedures.
