Istituto Image has opened its new location in Milan, evolving from Urban Medi Spa to a Regenerative Clinic. Founded by Elena Colombani, the clinic is directed by Prof. Carlo Tremolada, specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery and maxillofacial surgery, Adjunct Professor at the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) of Miami University and inventor of the Lipogems method, cutting-edge technology in Regenerative Medicine.
"Lipogems is an accelerator of natural healing processes," explains Tremolada. The device processes the patient's autologous adipose tissue for targeted therapeutic applications. The technology is applied in treating wrinkles, joint pathologies, sports injuries, osteoarthritis, and tendinopathies. One of its most innovative applications involves the treatment of post-menopausal vaginal atrophy.
"Image Regenerative Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility," states Elena Colombani. The clinic integrates innovative technologies and specialized expertise to provide therapeutic solutions that combine health and aesthetics, following the principle that substantial wellness prevails over appearance.
The therapeutic offerings include advanced dermatology, including the Kobayashi Method for acne treatment, ozone therapy, personalized genetic analysis, and Coolsculpting - cryolipolysis technology for non-invasive adipose tissue reduction. The specialized medical team develops personalized protocols aimed at preserving the patient's health heritage.
