Dr.
Dr. Marco Moscati is one of Italy's leading specialists in pediatric orthopedics, with over 30 years of clinical and surgical experience gained at the most important national and international hospital centers. Specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Milan, he has built his career across foot surgery, neuro-orthopedics, neuromotor pathologies, congenital malformations, and gait surgery. He has held reference positions at Niguarda Hospital, where he was Medical Director and head of pediatric orthopedics in the Neonatology, Pediatrics and Child Neuropsychiatry divisions for years. Since 2021 he has been an outpatient specialist for pediatric orthopedics at ASST Nord Milano.
Dr. Marco Moscati adopts an integrated approach that combines pediatric orthopedics and foot surgery with targeted therapeutic techniques such as Prolotherapy and Neural Therapy. His practice is based on a functional assessment of the patient: observation of biomechanics, analysis of neuromotor development, and attention to the interactions between posture, movement, and pain. Alongside surgery, he uses non-invasive treatments that stimulate the natural capacity of tissues to regenerate and restore themselves, reducing pain and instability and improving movement quality. Prolotherapy and Neural Therapy enable him to intervene precisely and respectfully of physiology, offering effective solutions for childhood orthopedic disorders, foot pathologies, and neuromotor dysfunctions. Within the IMAGE context, his work translates into personalized pathways that prioritize function, prevention, and harmonious body recovery. He also collaborates with Prof. Carlo Tremolada in applying Lipogems® technology in orthopedic and regenerative medicine, using micro-fragmented adipose tissue to support tissue regeneration and functional recovery in musculoskeletal system pathologies.
