Dr. Salentina, you are known for refusing many patient requests, is this true?

It happens frequently that patients request results that don't align with my concept of moderate and natural outcomes. I always decline these requests. Other times, they request treatments too close together, and I explain that respecting appropriate intervals is essential for achieving adequate results.

What drives you to say no?

I don't want to leave my 'signature' on work I don't believe in. I disapprove of visible and unnatural results, and prefer to select patients with more refined and moderate aesthetic preferences that align with my concept of 'beauty'.

Do patients whose procedures you refuse feel disappointed?

Certainly they do. Some have even offered to pay higher fees to get what they want: that's definitely not what I'm interested in. Sometimes, the same patients I refused have later thanked me. Over the years, I've managed to select my patient base carefully.

I aim to be a guide who can advise and direct them toward a healthy anti-aging journey.
