Mechanism of Action

Vivace is a radiofrequency microneedle system that stimulates neocollagenesis through dermal-epidermal renovation. The device combines controlled microtrauma with precise thermal modulation both at the tip and along the needle. The procedure preserves epidermal and melanocyte integrity, preventing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Clinical Indications

The treatment is indicated for superficial and deep wrinkles, skin porosity, and post-acne scarring. It induces immediate tissue tightening with increased tissue tonicity and reduced erythema, with progressive results over time.

Therapeutic Protocol

Three annual sessions at 45-day intervals are recommended. The treatment is viable in all seasons, including on tanned skin and dark phototypes. The created microchannels facilitate transdermal absorption of active ingredients such as vitamins, polynucleotides, and botulinum toxin, enhancing their therapeutic efficacy.
